Refund policy

Our return policy is store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please email us at info@smokeshowgolf.com for help with sizing or other concerns prior to placing an order.

Store Credit Terms & Conditions:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Returned items must have their original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Once returned items are received and inspected, returns are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Store credit is issued after the returned items are received and inspected, in the form of an online discount code sent to the email address associated with your order.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.

To initiate a store credit return, reply to your order confirmation email or email us directly at info@smokeshowgolf.com with your order number and the item or items you’d like to return.
