When will my order ship?

Orders including ready to ship, in stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

If you ordered a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated ship date provided on your order confirmation email.

In both cases, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

I made a mistake. Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order has been placed, it immediately goes into processing.

To find out if your order can be cancelled, submit a request via our contact form.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

To initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days on the next steps!

Where's my refund?

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received back to our facility and a refund has been processed.

Please be patient. Refunds can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your bank.
